... and at 6pm on the day a Zoom link and the recipe will be emailed to you.

We’ve asked the Sommelier at Allegra’s wine bar to pair two bottles, a white and a red, with each menu which we will send to you to complete your special evening, along with tasting notes.
We’ll be doing a sampling of these bespoke bottles as we cook-along so treat yourself to the full experience – you deserve it!

Allegra has been a cooking professionally for over 30 years. In that time she has worked in some of London’s top restaurants including The River Café, as well as an 18-month spell running Robert de Niro’s Tribeca Grill in New York.
At 24 she was London’s youngest female Head Chef, and went on to co-found LEON, the multi-award-winning healthy fast food chain.
She also presents on telly, and can currently be seen in the second series of CBBC’s award-winning “Step Up To The Plate”, alongside Fred Sirieix.
Allegra has written eight books that have been released in multiple markets including the award-winning LEON: Ingredients and Recipes and Big Table, Busy Kitchen.
In 2008 she was awarded the MBE and is a proud and active patron of the Fairtrade Foundation.
She lives in West London near her winebar, Albertine, with her two daughters, Delilah and Marnie.
